CDEK / Russian Post; the recipient is the importer and pays duties and taxes.
Belarus
Belpost / CDEK-BY; EAEU transfers usually have no customs, external imports follow local rules.
Restricted items
Batteries (UN3480/UN3481) and aerosols/gas follow carrier dangerous-goods rules; some routes are unavailable.
